Yes, your marriage will be legally binding in your country / state of residence. How soon can I start planning my Beaches wedding after booking? Once your wedding date is secured, an appointment with your Wedding Planner will be set within 2-4 weeks of the booking confirmation.

The resort’s Wedding Concierge will be responsible for collecting your Marriage License and Administrative Fee. A $250 deposit will be due at the time of booking and the total balance must be paid 60 days before your arrival.

These fees are in USD and vary by island: Jamaica: $250, Turks & Caicos: $690.

All final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. To be eligible for a full refund upon cancellation, you must confirm your cancellation at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Select entirely non-refundable items including (but are not limited to) certain deposits, administrative fees, and custom items from external event suppliers. Floral Purchases are also non-refundable and/or non-transferable if canceled within 45 days of arrival.

To receive a 50% refund, cancellations must be made 44-31 days prior to arrival, with the exception of the non-refundable items listed above. Any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

The islands of Jamaica and Turks & Caicos do not require a medical or blood test to be performed.

It all depends on your preference, but most couples will opt to have their wedding attire as a carry-on item, stored in a garment bag. Before your flight, be sure to connect with your airline carrier to ensure there will be space in the airplane’s closet and avoid any issues the day of.

Your dedicated resort wedding event team will greet you upon arrival and be by your side all weekend to ensure your wedding is executed in alignment with your vision.

Customs laws may require you to pay taxes and duties on any items you choose to bring with you, so we recommend using options already available on the island. Beaches Resorts can host religious wedding ceremonies such as Catholic, Jewish, and Hindu (additional fees may apply), non-denominational ceremonies with a minister, or non-religious ceremonies.

You are required to stay at the same resort where your wedding is being held. But if you plan a Beaches honeymoon, you can participate in a Beaches Honeymoon Hop, which allows you to explore and stay at multiple resorts.

The more the merrier! Beaches are family-friendly resorts for all ages, which means you can include little ones in your big day. If you are planning an adults-only wedding but have guests traveling with children, Beaches offers nanny services, a kid’s camp , and an array of activities to keep tweens and teens busy throughout from sunup to sundown.

Beaches offers vanilla, chocolate, Caribbean fruit, red velvet, carrot or brownie wedding cake flavors. Our pastry chefs will also work with you to include specific filling flavors and create custom cake designs that align with your wedding look. Beaches weddings offer custom bar setups, passed hors d'oeuvres, and plated or buffet dinners that can be arranged for an additional setup fee per guest.
