Submit your information here to request wedding date availability and request a hold for your preferred ceremony date and time. This submission form is not an automatic confirmation of your wedding date request. Once you have submitted your information, a Wedding Concierge agent will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your ceremony date and time request, answer any of your questions, and receive payment. A confirmed wedding date and time will be provided once a room reservation has been made with a $400 deposit. Additionally, if you choose the Twilight Hour and/or the ReTie the Knot Ceremony, a 50% deposit for these items will be required within 7 days of your date confirmation. Final payments will be due 60 days prior to arrival at the resort.
Weddings and ReTie the Knot Ceremony date and time requests can be submitted through this form, however selection of wedding décor and items must be planned and confirmed through your Pre-travel Wedding Planner. Your Pre-Travel Wedding Planner will contact you to schedule a one-on-one telephone consultation once your room and wedding date has been confirmed. Each Island requires that you 'reside' on the island before you can get married. When choosing your preferred wedding date, please take this residency period into account. The following is the residency requirement by island: Jamaica, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados – 48 hours. Saint Lucia – 72 hours. Grenada – 72 hours plus 1-3 days for licensing or 48 hours with express wedding fee. Please note, in order to meet government marriage license application requirements, you will not be able to submit a request within 30 days prior to your preferred ceremony date and time. All wedding décor requests must be submitted to your Pre-travel Wedding Planner to make any additions to your wedding.
To celebrate a ReTie the Knot Ceremony, you must submit a copy of your marriage certificate to your Pre-travel Wedding Planner.
